Digital Project Manager – Digital Agency

As a multi-award winning full-service digital agency, our client is driven by creativity, passion and excellence. In just a few years they’ve become part of a £45m group, built a team of passionate digital experts in three UK offices, and work with a number of blue chip brands. An opportunity has now arisen for a Digital Project Manager to join their team.
This role would suit a highly motivated project manager with a digital agency background, excellent relationship building skills, and a desire to progress their career.
In this key position you will be responsible for managing a number of digital projects for clients. Your focus will be on overseeing the on-time and on-budget delivery of projects.
Your main duties will include:
- working with the development and creative teams, and contractors where appropriate
- providing input for proposals or at client meetings
- liaising with the production teams to estimate time and costs
- ensuring the client understands what to expect
- delivering training to clients
To be considered for this position, you must have proven project management experience gained within a digital agency. You will also need to demonstrate a basic understanding of underlying technologies, such as content management systems (CMS) and Flash. Additionally, you must also have experience of writing technical specifications.
As a Digital Project Manager you will also need strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade. A professional approach and ability to work in a dynamic and complex programme environment are also essential.
